Summary:The conversion model from services to Clinical Management Units presented in this paper intends to guide organizations towards excellence in clinical management -organizational model focused on the external customer in order to better meet their needs and expectations-, starting from a doctrine of knowledge that has been refined by in-situ deployments in diverse health organizations and using, definitely, clinical management as a means for radical change of hospital model.
