Summary: | This improvement plan was an investigation focused on the area of customer service at Coomeva Cooperativa, whose purpose is to know the level of satisfaction perceived by the associates with respect to the service offered.In this investigation an analysis of both internal and external environments of the company Coomeva Cooperativa was made, it was possible to maintain direct contact with the different associates as a focus of study, being able to identify the needs, concerns, claims, among other variables that are presented in the service that they expect to receive. Subsequently, an improvement plan (in the area of service to partners) is developed that allows the company to be competitive in the market, providing added value to its stakeholders. |
