Esta editorial presenta los indicadores que caracterizan los 36 Grupos de Investigación en Ciencias Sociales que fueron clasificados en categoría A1 de acuerdo a los resultados de esta convocatoria, con el fin de contribuir, al debate que se viene generando en torno a la crisis que viven las ciencias sociales con las actuales políticas de educación STEM que se están implementando en Colombia y en diferentes países.
