Summary:In this research exposes the influence that has the cultural identity, In relation with the psychological intervention that takes place in the Institution education technical agricultural the Cabildo, It is located in the Resguardo Indígena Nasa Cilia La Calera, in the municipality of Miranda - Cauca. The information was collected from six subjects representative, they are two teachers, a psychologist, a representative figure within the indigenous communities such as the traditional doctor (THE WALA), the Rector of the campus and a pedagogical coordinator, the goal is to understand how it affects the cultural identity of the indigenous community, the work of the psychologist in this type of population. The focus of this research is qualitative; held a series of semi-structured interviews and field observations. The information analysis, three categories were considered: cultural identity, role of the psychologist and points of encounter between the two previous categories. These categories have emerged as a result of interviews and theoretical support. In this way we identified that the influence of psychological intervention on cultural identity is related to harmony and the cosmogonic balance of life in general of the Nasa community.
