Summary:	The open economy is one of the principal reasons to create success factors and make the economy grow in any place in the world, under all the terms by the global economy system; this terms were created after the cold war. In the United Arab Emirates (UAE) this process had place in the last years. thanks to the relationships with the west and the flexibilization of some religious and culture values. Therefore, the necessary information is collected, as the use of empirical data and bibliographical sources in order to understand all the details in this process, the results and the input to the international business as a discipline. The United Arab Emirates considers necessary strategic alliances, trade agreements with other countries such as the West, which seek mutual benefit; where both want to achieve the diversification of the economy, to grow the economy and get effectiveness, production and social development.
