Evaluación de los factores de riesgos psicosociales en la empresa Technology Oil Services S.A.S en la ciudad de El Yopal

The present research aimed to conduct an evaluation of psychosocial risk factors of the company Technology Oil Services SAS, in the city of El Yopal, was performed with the design of transverse-descriptive-correlational-interpretative order, the sample that was used, Is 6 employees of the organization, which 3 people are operational and 3 administrative staff, participating voluntarily in the investigation. The study used the battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial factors, designed by the Ministry of Social Protection. The instrument used took into account the variables of intra-labor, extra-labor and individual factors, their psychosocial dimensions and stress levels based on the perceptions that the employee has in their workplace. Based on the results of this evaluation and based on the findings, some conclusions and recommendations are proposed for the organization to comply with the provisions of Resolution 2646 of 2008.
