The absence of a risk management model in the project is the subject of research for this article, it reflects a deficient risk management and therefore a lack of knowledge of the true dimension of the risks to which many Projects. To continue this way the projects would not meet the objectives of the budget and programming initially raised, for this reason, from the conception and planning of the project one must contemplate a risk management to avoid delays and overcosts. Risk Management has been taking interest in the last few years within the construction industry, but not in the magnitude to be taken for the various projects.
