The problem that refers to this article is due to the relationship that has business innovation and that this influences the management of human talent to have a qualified human capital, qualified and valued for the development of both social and economic objectives. We have found the need to analyze the changes that have occurred in the administration and management of human talent in the face of process innovation in Colombian companies that tend to be more competitive every day.

Por lo anterior, se hizo importante realizar y abordar una revisión sobre el tema y su contexto en Colombia durante el periodo 2010 al 2016, con el fin de analizar diversos estudios e investigaciones, que permitieran tener una visión más amplia entre estas variables sobre la veracidad de la relación expuesta.
