La innovación empresarial y su impacto en la gestión del talento humano frente a la competitividad de las empresas colombianas durante el periodo entre 2010 AL 2016

Business innovation and human talent management new trends in organizations and their development, in order to add added value in their internal relationship and with society. Therefore, it became important and a review was made on the subject and its context in Colombia during the period 2010 to 2016, in order to find various studies and investigations, which allowed to have a wider view among these variables on the veracity of the exposed relationship. The problem that refers to this article is due to the relationship that has business innovation and that this influences the management of human talent to have a qualified human capital, qualified and valued for the development of both social and economic objectives. We have found the need to analyze the changes that have occurred in the administration and management of human talent in the face of process innovation in Colombian companies that tend to be more competitive every day.
