Summary:This project aims to improve the production process from input control Yakoli S.A.S. apparel company using Lean Six Sigma tools. This work stems from the need to counter the various problems that are generated in the production process such as raw material shortages, dead time, high volumes of inventory and storage disorder. It uses the DMAIC methodology where the following activities were carried out: On the Definition stage diagnosis of the current situation of the company is carried out in order to identify waste in the production process. In the measurement stage plan for data collection is described, and then make measurements of the process. Analyze in step is determined and potential causes affecting the production process are analyzed. Improvement step in improvement proposals are designed based on the results obtained in previous stages, improvements topics as strategies for the 5's, Visual Control, Kanban, etc. are set In the Control stage proposed in the use of indicators, formats for monitoring and controlling the activities of the production process.
