Estudio de los riesgos potenciales en la labor de archivación en el marco de la Norma NTC-OHSAS 18001:2007: Sistema de Gestión en Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional

In this reflection article are treated aspects related to Occupational health and safety, specifically in the process performed by the technicians, assistants and/or empirical archivists, demarcated in OHSAS 18001:2007 standard, which is interested in the welfare of workers, thereby performing a descriptive study through a literature review in order to clarify in detail both the risks and the effects of such activity and be able to provide a scenario in which the archivist can know what he/she is dealing in performing the functions and charges of archive, specifically on the physical distribution of documents the work together employer and employee to obtain a win-win, that is, without having deficiency In archiving processes and affecting the health of workers because of the risks involved in this work as are the physical, biological, ergonomic, mechanical, electrical, chemical, locative and human risks.
