Finally he came to the proposed goal, finishing the project with an average of 115 min in delivering orders.El proyecto Lean “Reducción de tiempos en la entrega de pedidos en la empresa Ferromateriales la 54”, se basó en la metodología DMAIC, en donde se realizaron las cinco etapas de dicha metodología, aplicándose cada una de las herramientas para mejorar el problema, el cual era reducir el tiempo de entrega de pedidos que tenía como media 195,6 min, y diferentes tipos de variables como; 4 tipos de transporte, destino de entrega, tipo y tamaño del pedido, compromisos de entrega, al avanzar en el proyecto e identificar las causas raíces y variables críticas, se llegó a la conclusión que con la implementación de las herramientas SMED, 5”S, control visual y estandarización, el proceso de despacho se iba a mejorar.
