El objetivo de este artículo es dar a conocer los hallazgos del estudio “Narraciones de los estudiantes de prensa escuela en contraste con la obra Los Orígenes del Totalitarismo de Hannah Arendt y mostrar el terror como forma de gobierno desde las voces de estudiantes básica secundaria de las instituciones educativas de la ciudad de Medellin que pertenecieron al programa de Prensa Escuela en contraste con la obra Los Orígenes del Totalitarismo de Hannah Arendt en el periodo comprendido entre 2015 y 2017. La investigación se trazó como objetivo central conocer la relación existente entre las narrativas de los estudiantes y la obra el origen del totalitarismo de Hannah Arendt. La metodología empleada es de tipo estudio cualitativo, soportada desde la hermenéutica de tipo documental. En los hallazgos arrojados se encuentra que el terror se refleja en la inminencia de la muerte, el abandono producto de la violencia y la pérdida de identidad que desconfigura el sentido de la participación. El estudio concluye que, siendo tiempos cronológicos distantes, las prácticas de terror permanecen y son un objetivo de los regímenes totalitarios para alcanzar el control de los territorios, generando de esta manera, el sometimiento a través del uso de la violencia manera de gobernar. |

El estudio concluye que, siendo tiempos cronológicos distantes, las prácticas de terror permanecen y son un objetivo de los regímenes totalitarios para alcanzar el control de los territorios, generando de esta manera, el sometimiento a través del uso de la violencia manera de gobernar.The objective of this article is to present the findings of the study "Narratives from the students of School Press in contrast with Hannah Arendt's The Origins Of Totalitarianism" and to show terror as a form of government through the voices of High School students from educational institutions in the city of Medellin who were part of the Press School program, contrasting with Hannah Arendt's "The Origins of Totalitarianism" during the period between 2015 and 2017. The central aim of the research was to understand the relationship between the students' narratives and Hannah Arendt's work The Origins of Totalitarianism. The methodology employed is a qualitative study, supported by a documentary hermeneutic approach. The findings reveal that terror is reflected in the imminent threat of death, the abandonment resulting from violence, and the loss of identity that disrupts the sense of participation.
