Summary:Social, political, technological and cultural changes affecting educational change, forcing his players to take on new roles, and to school to incorporate new methods to make more effective its formative mission. In this scenario, the conditions for the development of teaching and learning processes also undergo changes that together with the impact of information and communications technology propose new alternatives for training children. These changes occur more complexity in rural settings that are forced into situations of distance and remoteness from urban developments. In this scenario it is necessary for educational agents, specifically education managers may be able to read the realities of these sectors and submit proposals for transformation that will contribute to the quality of education in rural areas. This research project is part of the line of educational management Esined research group that seeks to precisely recognize the ways in which the educational institution. In the same vein the methodology that nurtures this initiative is routed from a qualitative research approach with an ethnographic research in an explanatory descriptive-type level, used as instruments of information gathering interviews, observation directly and indirectly, observation methods competitor.
