The present research, therefore, seeks to provide solutions to the unknowns that arise in the daily life of an athlete, in which if a combat sport is practiced especially MMA will help to improve the athlete who plays football, thus, who is running these training plans would have an improvement in physical and cognitive level for the competition. Hence, as a general objective it is to recognize whether the training of MMA help the pedagogical transfer in football in terms of performance training or competence based on a documentary review. In the research procedure a qualitative method of reality in the natural context was used; as a result, martial arts have become an integral part of sports and physical activities. Martial arts lead to a healthy lifestyle and cultural values that have both an educational and a recreational function in many Western countries. It is recommended to design a methodological guide to the technical foundations of mixed martial arts to achieve good motor development by children

Históricamente, las artes marciales han sido durante mucho tiempo una forma importante de actividad física y de educación en los países del este de Asia (Ko, 2009). La presente investigación, por tanto, busca dar soluciones a las incógnitas que se presentan en la vida cotidiana de un deportista, en el cual si se practica un deporte de combate especialmente las MMA ayudará a mejorar al deportista que practica futbol de campo, de esta manera, sabremos si al deportista que se le están ejecutando estos planes de entrenamiento tendrían una mejora a nivel físico y cognitivo para la competencia. Por lo tanto, como objetivo general está en reconocer si el entrenamiento de las MMA ayuda a la transferencia pedagógica en el fútbol de campo en términos de formación para el rendimiento o competencia a partir de una revisión documental. En la ejecución de este proyecto fue utilizado un método cualitativo de la realidad en el contexto natural; Arrojó resultado en los cuales, como las artes marciales han aparecido a ser un fragmento integral de los deportes y actividades físicas. Las artes marciales encaminan a un estilo de vida saludable y a unos valores culturales que tienen gran importancia en función tanto educativa como recreativa en cantidad de países occidentales.
