Summary:This article aims to make visible the attention of educational levels in Colombia and how violence and social situations influence the school dropout of young people and children. Similarly, the lack of prevention and support from the family nucleus, the lack of specific strategies that improve the quality of education and the easy access to criminal organizations by young people as variables that directly influence this problem.
