Summary: | This project aims to investigate and analyze several factors that influence the mismanagement of road structuring that has been carried out in the city of Cartagena, around its main tourist centers, such as the historic center, the San Felipe castle and the hill from the stern (popa). In the analysis it was found that several sectors are more influential in terms of accessibility and mobility, which makes them more attractive for the inhabitants of Cartagena and for tourists, leaving visible the weaknesses that these sectors have already mentioned, in the case of Cerro the stern (popa) that also has a flow of visitors, but fails to give the same reception as the other tourist sites due to its poor management approach by means of the state towards its main approach This proposal aims directly at creating a strategy towards the development, training and structuring of spaces capable of generating a change in the persecution of people who currently use the stern (popa) hill and originate different solution connectors that can make this an urban space with mobility, security, accessibility and viability. |
