This project investigates, documents and makes a proposal for a solution to the detriment of the November 11 stadium which is recognized as the architectural and engineering heritage of the nation, disarticulation of small scenarios with this and neglect of the immediate surroundings of this Buildings, all these problems have generated a disinterest of the practitioners of the sport, which is reflected in the underutilization and abandonment of the property, which witnessed moments of glory for baseball sport that is part of our culture and is a "valuable element of the sociological determinism of our environment" The space field in which this research takes place involves a scale development, addressing issues in the city, sectorial and local level focused on the promotion of baseball sport through architecture and design, having as a fundamental axis the condition of the November 11 th stadium as a symbol of this sport, supported by the current organizational structure of the Cartagena baseball league. Being this a large scale problem when dealing with a national equipment, the different situations were analyzed, based on a study of the recognition of variables that influence the current situation, this allowed a situation to identify systematically each problem in order to be able to give it a proposal of solution to each one without losing the objective of this project.
