Se argumenta, que estas desigualdades están arraigadas a un sistema patriarcal que no reconoce la diversidad interna de las mujeres y que se basa en un concepto homogéneo y universal del concepto mujer. Por consiguiente, se establece la necesidad de adoptar un enfoque diferencial de género en el sistema de pensiones para garantizar el acceso equitativo de las mujeres a la protección social, específicamente a las pensiones. |

It is noted that women face significant barriers in the labor market, such as lower wages and greater unpaid care responsibilities, which hinders opportunities to access an old-age pension. It is argued that these inequalities are rooted in a patriarchal system that does not recognize the internal diversity of women and that is based on a homogeneous, essentialist and universal concept of the concept of woman.
