Práctica Empresarial: Cervalle S.A

The following work has performed work and the experience gained by agroindustrialSan Buenaventura University engineering program student Nicolas Henao Tobónsectional Cali; During his period of practice University (June 8, 2015-8 December 2015) PORCÃO farm located in Yumbo -Valle del Cauca, which belongs to the company CERVALLE S.A; which is dedicated to the production and marketing of meat of pork.The work describes in detail aspects that must be considered in each of the areas ofthe farm, especially in gestation; Since that is inseminated sow, until the office of(male or emale) pig for slaughter plant, which is located in Cavasa in the municipality of candelaria (Valle del Cauca). During this time the student gave an accompanying technical veterinarian in everything related to the evaluation of the processes which should lead each one of the areas, taking into account the parameters required by the company to each of their farms. Applying this way all knowledge, concepts and techniques acquiredduring the career of agro-industrial engineering.
