| Summary: | The Milagro De Dios neighborhood is an irregular settlement located in the southern part of the city of Armenia, Quindío. This neighborhood is consolidated as a result of the diversity of both human and spatially displaced needs of people from di erent parts of the country, especially those that are due to violence in the framework of the Colombian social and armed con ict, fostering there a multiculturalism in forgotten places that they are on the outskirts of the city. The objective of this project is to consolidate a strategic point where the inhabitants of the Milagro De Dios neighborhood and surrounding areas converge, generating an articulation with the planned city through a comprehensive ethno-educational center where multiculturalism will be recognized and new dynamics will be promoted |
