Diseño de un módulo adaptable multifuncional para la comunidad de Policarpa en la ciudad de Cartagena. (C.D.I.) Centro de desarrollo infantil en situaciones de riesgos

Currently, the city of CARTAGENA lacks the infrastructure to provide basic services, care, to the population accentuated informally, in areas of high risk, affected by environmental, social and urban phenomena. The community of POLICARPA, is a group of inhabitants, located in the INDUSTRIAL LOCALITY 3 AND OF THE BAY OF CARTAGENA, exposed to the irrigation of high flood according to the TERRITORIAL PLAN OF THE CITY, it lacks infrastructures of services and equipment’s that provide a decent life, and as a result violence, illiteracy, mortality and unemployment are evident. Among other variables that prevent the progress of said population, it is FOR THIS; taken as a study approach which evidences the need for an infrastructure of equipment that can be adapted to health, education and shelter services that may mitigate said problem. Due to this, it is necessary to carry out an investigation that contributes to the good analysis of the problematic of the design criteria that should be studied for the good design of HEALTH INFRASTRUCTURE, EDUCATION AND RESGUARD, for the community of POLICARPA in CARTAGENA.
