El presente artículo tiene como fin definir el concepto de gestión del conocimiento, exponer los beneficios y retos de su implementación y brindar una serie de estrategias prácticas para gestionar el conocimiento al interior de las organizaciones, teniendo como base los conceptos aportados por diversos estudiosos en el tema, como lo son Nonaka y Takeuchi; para así lograr trascender lo que teóricamente se dice, de forma que se formulen aquellas metodologías básicas y funcionales que permitan fortalecer los procesos, darle valor agregado a la organización, y fomentar así el trabajo colaborativo mediante un ambiente organizacional óptimo y de co creación de conocimiento, siempre en la búsqueda de cerrar las brechas de conocimiento y de minimizar sus fugas, con el fin de que represente un incremento en la productividad y rentabilidad de la organización. |
