Summary:The Educational Institution Las Nieves is inserted in a context with significant social problems such as: domestic violence, drug addiction, high levels of poverty, lack of family support for children and young people, and sometimes situations of neglect. These conditions affect the learning process of the students, occasionally causing the dropout of the education system. The most relevant situation and in which the present project is aimed is the non-attendance of the parents to the educational institution at the moment they are asked to provide information about their children or on the occasions when they present difficulties Be they of behavioral, family or academic type. In addition, in some cases, it is reflected that during the school year the parents are not present and do not worry about knowing the students' school process, being that the teacher is in need of taking a little strong measure so that They come to the call, which will be mentioned later. Even, it can be said that the most attended attendance by the parents is when there is delivery of reports, after this process hardly approach the institution. What is said above is what may affect students in their performance, which is why it is necessary for the family to have an active participation in the formation of their children, in addition to going beyond the timely information provided by the teachers. According to the analysis of the implemented research instrument, it can be affirmed that the students require an affection and accompaniment from their parents, because the caregiver of the students in the event that they do so, for example: disinterest in the study, mistreatment with colleagues, which is a way of showing that sometimes you feel alone; most of them constantly stated that what they liked the most was to share with their parents, play, make their school commitments, talk, among others, and that what they lacked most was the time they spent, including the result of the day is usually at home with his brothers and grandparents, some with his uncles
