Esta propuesta es un estudio reflexivo elaborado bajo el método de revisión documental, mediante el cual se busca sistematizar las causas y acciones ejercidas por el Gobierno del último mencionado, en contra de la Iglesia Católica durante los años 2018 a 2023, con el fin de establecer las implicaciones jurídicas que le corresponden con relación al derecho internacional. La libertad religiosa, de conciencia y creencia previstos en la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y reafirmados en la Carta Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, han sido ratificados e incorporados en la Constitución Política nicaragüense, por tanto, en este ejercicio se propende por determinar si existen causas probables de reparación a la Iglesia Católica considerando lo expresado por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en otros casos. Esta investigación está medida por el método hermenéutico crítico, por medio del cual se identifican las complejidades subyacentes sobre la protección de los derechos fundamentales por parte de los organismos multilaterales. |

The freedom of religion, conscience and belief provided for in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and reaffirmed in the Inter-American Charter of Human Rights, have been ratified and incorporated into the Nicaraguan Political Constitution, therefore, in this exercise we aim to determine if they exist. probable causes of reparation to the Catholic Church considering what was expressed by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in other cases.
