Summary: | La Puerta al Páramo, la Serranía de las Baldías and the surroundings, practice such as tree felling, cattle ranching or massive recreational vi-sits of tourists have affected the ecological (environment) and aesthetic (landscape) values, that are still today visible between the paramo area and the Medellín - San Pedro de los Milagros road. Taking into account that these activities generate a negative environmental impact, a current need arises from the organizational and spatial absence on the territory that allows the appropriation by some public or private entity to establish rules such as use or control of capacity of tourists; this in order to conser-ve the main environmental protagonist: el páramo de las Baldías together with its natural guests such as flora and fauna. This environment and territory will be benefit through the implementa-tion of environmental strategies such as for the conservation of the pá-ramos compilation in the Talk “Páramos, un lugar mágico” with experts and the community on the biodiversity of the páramos in the jurisdiction of Corantioquia, which took place on March 22, 2018, in the Corantio-quia auditorium (Cra 65 # 44ª-32) |
