Summary:The objective of this research was to describe the characteristics of the pedagogical knowledge of educational processes in attention to diversity in an official educational institution. The type of research in this study is non-experimental and with a quantitative approach, since it was intended to identify the characteristics of pedagogical knowledge in the attention to diversity by teachers through the application of a quantitative data collection instrument, the instrument was designed as a questionnaire in charge of measuring the pedagogical variables and attention to diversity prepared by Castillo Vanessa, Nora Duran, Noreña Manuel, Mendoza María Karina, entitled: Questionnaire on: Pedagogical knowledge in attention to diversity. The population that was covered for the present study are primary and secondary school teachers belonging to the Educational Institution Hijos de María. Where it is evident in the results that the teachers meet the characteristics of pedagogical knowledge in terms of attention to diversity.
