Description
Summary:The following research seeks to analyze the relationship of organizational factors with the potential occurrence of mobbing in family-type organizations. The first part focuses on the theoretical contextualization of mobbing and labor sectors where it occurs. Then the culture is described as a construction of the organization and some factors within the culture as possible mobbing generators. Similarly, an approach to the Colombian legal framework regarding the prevention and correction of workplace bullying is done. Finally the results and discussion of the research carried out by conducting surveys and interviews show workers three family-type organizations (SMEs) in the city of Cali, on the relationship between cultural factors and the onset of mobbing. It is concluded that there is no relationship between the type of organization, its culture and the emergence of possible cases of mobbing in the three companies. They can identify a set of interactions that are theoretically not the existence of hostile behaviors, but that could generate long-term other relationships.
