El objetivo de la presente investigación es explorar el impacto del trauma infantil sobre la configuración de patrones de conducta antisocial y delictiva desde la literatura científica de primer nivel. El diseño que siguió fue una revisión sistemática de la literatura según el modelo operativo de PRISMA. Se optó por el diseño PICOS para la delimitación de los rasgos de búsqueda en una temporalidad de 4 años. Se realizó búsqueda según marcadores específicos y se obtuvieron dados los criterios de inclusión y exclusión un total de 11 artículos. La mayoría de los artículos fueron cuantitativos, el año de mayor publicación, ha sido el actual (2023) con un 45.4%, seguido del 2021 con un 27.2%. en su mayoría, con un 63.6% tienen un grado de cientificidad de III, lo cual significa: “La evidencia científica procede de estudios descriptivos no experimentales, bien diseñados, como estudios comparativos, de correlación o de casos controles” (Sánchez & Americh, 2002, citados por Gonzales et al., 2021, p. 55). Los instrumentos usados en los estudios han sido variados, así como la proveniencia. Se concluye que, permanece un interés sobre la problemática planteada que en Colombia ha sido poco explorada |

The design followed was a systematic review of the literature according to the PRISMA operational model. The PICOS design was chosen for the delimitation of the search features over a 4-year period. The search was carried out according to specific markers and, given the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 11 articles were obtained.
