Summary:In the definitions of the career plan and in some researches, motivation, development and professional projection are common elements from the point of view of the employee. Just like companies consider so important to develop skills and abilities in the employee to improve work, promote and train the key people in the organization. The permanence of worker in the company, the consolidation of values and competitiveness are considered too as some outstanding issues. The both views requiring the involvement and commitment of the organization, this can be assumed as a win-win where the process becomes bidirectional benefit. The aim of this design is to demonstrate and identify development of a career plan based on the superior executive functions in the behavior of the operational profile, through an instrumental study. The sources of information that support this academic proposal are electronic and documentary. This design shows the career plans in the operative positions and each one of the higher executive functions that are needed to generate mobility or dynamism in the decision making regarding the succession or transfer of personnel
