A documentary review was carried out in the main databases such as Dialnet, Scielo, Viref, Ebsco, etc. around search criteria such as management, management, administration and direction of sports organizations, which yielded a total of 25 articles that are found at international, national and local level, including the national, departmental and municipal development plans of Caldas and Amagá, which were the reason for formulating the general objective, which was to recognize the current administrative development conditions of the sports clubs of the municipalities of Caldas and Amagá in the department of Antioquia, the methodology used for the research was of a qualitative nature based from a descriptive field (Hernández Sampieri, Fernández Collado & Batista Lucio, 2014), with an exploratory level, non-experimental cross-sectional design and documentary review, a documentary review and semi-structured interview with the leaders of the different sports organizations, both municipalities, leaving as result or the lack of clear knowledge, at the time of administering, managing and managing, since it was not evidenced enough clarity, of how to access resources so that their clubs are sustainable organizations and with greater projection

Se realizó una revisión documental en las principales bases de datos como Dialnet, Scielo, Viref, Ebsco, etc. alrededor de criterios de búsqueda como gestión, gerencia, administración y direccionamiento de las organizaciones deportivas, las cuales arrojó un total de 25 artículos que se encuentran a nivel Internacional, nacional y local, incluyendo los planes de desarrollo nacional, departamental y municipales de Caldas y Amagá, los cuales fueron la razón para formular el objetivo general, que fue reconocer las condiciones de desarrollo administrativo actual de los clubes deportivos de los municipios de Caldas y Amagá en el departamento de Antioquia, la metodología utilizada para la investigación fue de carácter cualitativa sustentado desde un campo descriptivo(Hernández Sampieri, Fernández Collado & Batista Lucio, 2014), con un nivel exploratorio, diseño no experimental transversal y revisión documental, además se realizó una revisión documental y entrevista semiestructurada a los líderes de la diferentes organizaciones deportivas, de ambos municipios, dejando como resultado la falta de conocimientos claros, a la hora de administrar, gerenciar y gestionar, puesto que no se evidenció la suficiente claridad, de cómo acceder a recursos para que sus clubes sean organizaciones sostenibles y con mayor proyecciónpdf73 páginasRecurso en lineaapplication/pdfCastañeda Bermúdez, J.
