It was carried out at the University of San Buenaventura with the students of the Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Recreation and Sports, who through a convenience sampling, made up a sample of 20 subjects. Regarding the results, it was found that the only statistically significant negative correlation was between the perception of effort and the predominance of external causal attributions, with respect to the others, a negative correlation was reported between the perception of academic performance and the predominance of causal attributions external, a negative correlation is also observed between perception of effort and the predominance of external causal attributions, finally, it was found that the greater the predominance of external causal attributions, the less use of the subjects..

Se llevó a cabo en la Universidad de San Buenaventura contando con los estudiantes de Licenciatura en Educación Física, Recreación y Deportes, quienes a través de un muestreo por conveniencia, conformaron una muestra de 20 sujetos.
