Summary: | This grade work presents as a final result the design of an improvement plan for the increase of productivity in the packaging process in the company Pysta S.A.S. because in the south, central and north of the country there is a very wide market niche of products National and imported for the aesthetic care of vehicles, making the company very competitive and positioned in the market. Therefore, this work aims to increase productivity in the process of silicone packaging in the presentations of 200 ml and 430 ml of 225.2 units/hour program to 337.5 units/time programmed, in 50%. This will increase the annual revenues in utility representation of 25% in $127´986.771; to satisfy the demand, as it presents a 38.2% in late deliveries of orders. In the development, we used industrial engineering tools focused on Lean manufacturing Six Sigma, such as DMAIC, Project Charter, SIPOC, VOC, IPO, Ishikawa diagram, among other methods, which were associated for different diagnostic proposals and Improved processes analyzed. |
