| Summary: | In this article it makes a reflection and verification of compliance or environmental component that was specified in the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) of Yumbo (Valle del Cauca) for the period 2012 - 2015, in the light of the report by the Municipal Comptroller of Yumbo (2014). The objective was checked the environmental part of the MDP 2012 – 2015 and analyzed the execution of the activities necessary to comply with the proposed in the MDP about de environment, additionally establishes an academic position on the findings. It is concluded that the PDM was conceived in an accelerated manner and regardless of the projection of the management by those involved in this regard compliance with established was not achieved in the DPM. |
