Summary: | Its project had an important objective, was determine bullying in the area of administrative and teaching psychology program at San Buenaventura University. For this reason was more interesting describe or characterize if there really mobbing in the different agencies working in the administrative area and teacher. This project was structured based on the guidelines of the Quantitative Research also is governed by the design descriptive. An instrument (Escala de Cisneros) for development was used and compliance of each of each of the proposed items was taken the sample of 184 people for this work. El tipo de investigación es no experimental, es aquella que se realiza sin manipular deliberadamente variables. |
