Summary:The present investigative exercise shows what is the knowledge and application of the technical, administrative and pedagogical orientations in two educational institutions of the city of Medellin, to address disability in the framework of inclusive education, raised by the Ministry of National Education in 2017. Specifically, the research seeks to know these are currently being addressed in early childhood education and how they influence the practices of teaching in classrooms, in which there is the presence of boys and girls with Special Educational Needs. On the other hand, the participants make clear what is the incidence of this document in their institutions and beyond in their professional practices, which yield results that show partial and/or total ignorance of this; based on a qualitative methodology, where questionnaires and structured observations are used as tools to collect information
