| Summary: | The main objective of this research is to recognize the socio-demographic characteristics of students of Centro de Educación Laboral Sinergia Suba in Bogotá. More specifically with regard to the demographic, economic, labor and welfare. In order to bring the exercise of management in making right decisions regarding various institutional aspects, whether wellness, administrative or curricular greater importance. It is carried out through a study with quantitative approach from descriptive design of an instrument of 50 items applied to a sample of 140 students out of a population of 249 who are currently enrolled in the institution.
