The absence of this type of capital leads to fragmentation resulting in serious social conflicts. For these reasons , the creation of a community of mutual learning for development in the districts of the eastern hills of the UPZ San Cristóbal Norte of the town of Usaquén in Bogotá , is a cornerstone for the institutionalization and consolidation of social capital, which should encourage processes more active in the participation of the actors involved in the development process through interaction in social networks . |
