Se detectó una necesidad evidente de contar con un sistema integral que cubriera desde la gestión de usuarios y restaurantes hasta la administración de productos, menús, inventario, pedidos y envíos de confirmación electrónica, con el objetivo de brindar una experiencia fluida tanto para administradores como para clientes. La solución propuesta se materializó en una aplicación web robusta desarrollada en Python y Django, adoptando una arquitectura de Tres Capas para asegurar escalabilidad y eficiencia. Se diseñó un sistema que integra un modelo de base de datos sólido, características específicas como códigos QR y una interfaz web funcional para la gestión de pedidos y productos. Desde una perspectiva no tecnológica, se implementó la metodología ScrumBan, junto con herramientas de documentación y gestión de proyectos, para asegurar la alineación con el objetivo de mejorar el servicio en los restaurantes.In response to the growing demands of the restaurant industry, this project emerged with the primary goal of not only optimizing daily operations but also significantly enhancing customer service. A palpable need was identified for a comprehensive system that would encompass everything from user and restaurant management to product, menu, inventory, order, and electronic billing management, aiming to provide a seamless experience for both administrators and customers. The proposed solution materialized into a robust web application built in Python and Django, adopting a Three-Tier Architecture to ensure scalability and efficiency. A system was created that incorporates a solid database model, specific features such as electronic billing and QR codes and a functional web interfaz for order and product management.
