Summary:This project is centered on professional identity of the early childhood educator. This appear from a macro project which is set out to four headquarters of San Buenaventura University, but this project has been focussed only in Medellin’s headquarter, like the result of educational process identification that the University provide to students. The main objective of this project is recognise the professional identity of the Bonaventuriana early childhood educator of Medellin’s headquarter based on social representations, The project also has like purpose to do a constructive critique to pensum which is offering by the University in the program. The project depart of different techniques like interviews and life stories which are apply on tenth semester students, graduates and employers, to gather appropriate information to analyze , reaching to get the objectives.
