| Summary: | In the following article we will highlight the importance of labor well-being in Colombian companies, a topic that has been taking on more and more force every day and in which companies have been working every day more looking for a better job and a better quality of life for their employees in the last Years, we will highlight some of these activities and we will bring clear examples of companies that work hard on this issue with the realization of activities and improvement plans regarding corporate social responsibility. In addition, we will find some ideas of these companies that in their moment will be able to serve as base for other organizations for the realization and implementation of strategies of well-being work. |
