Procesos de la interventoría técnica aplicados en la construcción de equipamientos para Medellín: con estudio del caso en la Unidad de Vida Articulada (UVA) de Castilla; la Comuna 5 de la ciudad.

This Work was performed in order to find important reasons why an architectural project is build and then when it is finished the problems and failures appear. It can compromise to the building owners security and finally they can be receiving a project wrong or poorly constructed. As this work is the product analysis about a project builded can evidence the ethical and profesional responsability of many people. For that reason is important studying which is the compromise grade of builders and their job. The Build art is not just creating a mental idea and transforming it in a real project. Firstable, to build a mental diagram you have to start by the “Design”. Accepting others ideas is a grat goal because this work phase should be evaluated if you want to create a completely viable project. On the other hand, is important being evaluated by other people because if yourself do it probably you would omit some processes in a interested way to increase profit. In this manner, this work seeks to explain why the problems and mishaps in a Constrution appear. where the project gap was born? It would born by not satisfy the rule or by the healthy audit absence? Finally, as a study case the Technical Audit processes are going to be evaluated during a Urban Equipment. It is called Life Articulated Unity “UVA” Castilla, in the five Commune of Medellin.
