Significados de la experiencia de prostitución de lujo: el caso de una mujer ejerciente en la ciudad de Cali

Objetive. Both advantages and perceived disadvantages of this exercise. Method. This is a descriptive, transversal and qualitative study. One (1) woman practicing luxury prostitution in the city of Cali conducted a semi-structured interview. Results. It was found in a general way that this experience is valued as a positive fact that brings greater advantages than disadvantages. A personal level, economic representation, material scope opportunity and self-realization. A family level, recognition and admiration by the family of origin and extensive by the material and economic stability that has also benefited the family, and a social level, refers to acceptance. The lack of opportunities, the desire to have a better quality of life, the possibility of having a company abandons, a family history, a short life, few family limits and abuses. Entry to this practice.
