One way to approach this topic is to perform a geostatistical analysis with the purpose of identifying housing prices as well as their spatial distribution by using maps that allow us to visualize supply and demand within the urban area in the town of Rionegro. This also allow us to identify clústeres of houses that fall within determined values, using house sale price as a variable. Furthermore, secondary information will be utilized as well as interaction with software GIS, which allows access to refined information. As result of the job performed, four maps of the geostatistical analysis are obtained with information on price, square meter, supply and demand according to geospatial location

As result of the job performed, four maps of the geostatistical analysis are obtained with information on price, square meter, supply and demand according to geospatial locationActualmente, cuando se tiene la necesidad de adquirir una vivienda nueva en la modalidad de compra en el área urbana del municipio de Rionegro, se debe realizar en búsquedas en revistas, páginas web, aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles o referenciarse con familiares o amigos, para identificar los lugares que se pueden explorar para evaluar diferentes alternativas, lo cual lleva al interesado a invertir tiempo valioso. Para abordar este tema, se realiza un análisis geoestadístico con el fin de identificar el precio de las viviendas y su distribución espacial en sectores del municipio de Rionegro, utilizando mapas que permiten visualizar la oferta y la demanda en el área urbana. Además, de identificar clústeres, de acuerdo con rangos de precios establecidos. Para realizar este proyecto se utiliza información secundaria, además, de la interacción con el software SIG, el cual permite acceder a la información depurada.
