Summary:This article deals with the development of the creation of the brand ALMA DE MAR, where the purpose is to create a bathing suit differentiated by its diversity of fusion of personalized prints of the Cali flora and cuts incorporated in a single garment, where it seeks to satisfy the needs of the Cali woman. Some stages of the project are exposed, divided into six stages for the elaboration of this project and the realization of the mini-selection of three garments with cuts and ties in large format, defined in quality fabrics and materials where they will allow brand innovation and respond to the needs of the female market of the Cali culture. Likewise, key terms will be explained for the analysis of the project and the possible competitors where the different characteristics of these brands are evaluated. The target audience of the brand ALMA DE MAR are young, risky, spontaneous women who want to feel good and be admired, always being at the forefront, where they always look for exclusivity and innovation. In the development of the project, an investigation was made on the WGSN platform on the trends of graphic prints that are referents for the making of the mini-selection prints of the ALMA DE MAR brand. In accordance with the research and approach to the target market of the brand, determinants and requirements are made for the launch of the mini-selection of three garments where a final validation of the process carried out of the product is made
