Summary: | In this degree work focuses on designing, implementing and control through a proposal that would allow reducing the percentage return on sales generated by the company Colácteos Cali Regional, through Lean Six Sigma, which leads to evidence the variables that affect the process of fulfillment of finished product. The project is carried out following the phases of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control, in each statistical tools showed that the current process is at 0.52% returns on sales apply. The project is implemented by the theory and tools in the Lean Six Sigma developed at the University of San Buenaventura - Cali, consisting of data collection, apply statistical bases in Minitab and Excel, which help to find the root causes for and to implement potential solutions to reduce the indicator finished product returns by 0.37% |
