The houses in the city centers serve as a connector and trigger for the appropriation of public space by users, rehabilitating it and contributing to the safety of the sector. The generating element of the problem lies in the lack of housing with the integration and generation of public spaces, since the center of the city became a place for trade and tourism, from which other unfavorable dynamics are triggered. residents or visitors as they are: crime, drug consumption, pollution, traffic congestion among others. The use of land in the center of the city is mostly dedicated to trade, which has led to the rise of the m2 exponentially, this has contributed to the construction of housing is not profitable in the sector. All the aforementioned resulted in the migration of many of the families living there, and currently, the same problem prevents the construction of houses, as people move away from places where they do not feel safe and adding to this the high cost that involves living there. The generation of new homes that are integrated with public spaces and welcome trade within its dynamics, will mitigate the phenomena of insecurity in order to guarantee the rehabilitation of the center of the city of Medellín |
