Summary: | The present work is a process of research developed in the Colegio Salesiano Santo Domingo Savio of La Ceja - Antioquia to determine the pedagogical model and its relationship to the P.E.I, the pedagogical practices of teachers and the coexistence Handbook, with the purpose of structuring a change management process in the educational institution which aim to clarify the institutional horizon and permeate the thinking and the praxis of the teachers and principals from the generation of strategies appropriate in the formative process of the learners with clear and consistent with the philosophy of institutional goals, which should result in added value and quality of education, respecting the education laws, the purposes of the system of management of quality from the continuous improvement proposals men for alignment of pedagogical proposals and to the different actors of the project form in current educational strategies, enabling senior management to demonstrate great achievements and constant growth |
