Description
Summary:The work at hand has three principle objectives. First, to question wellbeing from a multidisciplinary stance, that includes a historic vision of how well being has emerged, from a sociological and business viewpoint of the concept. Perceptions that allow room for external aspects that make up the subjects wellbeing, and that also makes possible an opening for those intrinsic elements that compromises wellbeing from a psychological viewpoint. Secondly, to focus the concept to the organizational and labor camps, taking account of hygienic and psychosocial factors that affect the institutional surrounding. Lastly, emphasis is placed on the relational dynamics that are established in the business camp. This questioning will facilitate the discovery and deep study of those actions that nowadays are implemented and that have as an end to favor the labor wellbeing of the employees of an organization.
