Summary: | The article tries to tackle in a particular way the area of physical education, in its components of ludic and recreation. It is the result of the research work of a case study of the Eucharistic School La Milagrosa, for students in 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades of primary. It describes the importance and the impact generated for the recreation breeding in the educational institution and the creation of recreational strategies for the benefit of the whole community. There are established didactic-recreational strategies that allow relating the desire to the experiences and the group and individual learning, with pre-sports and traditional outdoor games. Evidence of routines and habits that the group of girls expressed in the extracurricular spaces are discussed, allowing to create a diagnosis to identify the major groups of habits and behaviors that were enhanced and strengthened with the project objectives and the didactic strategies |
